The Commonwealth Privacy (Private Sector) Amendment Act 2000 requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). This document describes Working Kelpie Council (WKC) Privacy Policy.

WKC is committed to the new Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information.

WKC does not share any of the individual personal information you provide WKC with the sites to which WKC links, although WKC may share aggregate data with such sites (such as how many people use our site).

It may be necessary for us to review and revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. An amended version will be posted on our website at www.wkc.org.au. We suggest that you visit our website regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
