- No Late Entries will be accepted
- Full payment must accompany entry form
- Indemnity form Must be Signed
- Disputes – In writing accompanied by $50 non-refundable deposit; Committee decision is final

| Eligibility of entry:- Only dogs registered to the WKC national Stud Register, A2 grade appendix or higher or the progeny of a suitably registered dogs shall be deemed eligible to compete in the National Kelpie Field Trial Championship |
