Why does the video stop/start all the time? This is caused by a slow internet connection. The video plays at a faster rate than the speed of the download to your computer. The only solution is to start the video and wait for the video to fully download. Once it has downloaded you can then play the video again (without the stop/start problem) by clicking on the play button on the popup (do not click on any other part of the page).
